Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager to join the Transaction Advisory Service team within our Financial Advisory Services group in Frisco, TX. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients and work with firm leadership to help drive growth and client service.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services, a relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related.
• CPA preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for both buy side and sell side transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of excellent client service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Invest in your professional development through firm-wide programs.
