Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related.
• Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred, not required.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering and analysis for de-diligence and transaction support.
• Perform financial analysis and support buy-side and sell-side engagements.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of excellent service.
