Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related.
• CPA preferred, not required.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Participation in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Invest in professional development and contribute to firm growth.
• Support team development and mentoring of associates.
