Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Transaction Advisory Service team within our Financial Advisory Services practice. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients, working closely with firm leadership to support complex financial needs and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field is required.
• CPA certification is preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
