Job summary

BST Gallagher Flynn LLP is seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services to lead due diligence, quality of earnings analyses and valuation engagements for private equity buyers and strategic acquirers.

You will supervise Associates, manage multiple engagements, develop insights and deliver high-quality reports. Based in South Burlington, VT or Albany, NY, with remote capabilities and a flexible, client-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Minimum of 5 years in public accounting (audit and/or TAS).
• 2+ years in transaction advisory preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• Strong data management, analysis and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers.
• Lead diligence meetings with target company management.
• Perform quality of earnings and working capital analyses and adjust client statements.
• Evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies.
• Prepare formal due diligence findings and reports.
• Manage multiple engagements and mentor junior staff.
