Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers across industries.
• Perform quality of earnings and working capital analyses and formulate adjusting entries.
• Evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies and identify issues impacting purchase price.
• Prepare and present due diligence findings in formal reports; manage multiple engagements.
• Mentor junior staff and provide feedback; assist in proposals and engagement letters.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to deliver high-quality insights to clients.
