The role involves supervising train movements, managing safety and performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with CFR and company policies across terminals. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve yard and road fluidity to meet LOSP and OP.
• Oversee train movements within yard and mainline, ensuring safe, tactical execution.
• Accountable for safety, service, productivity, and financial metrics for the terminal.
• Lead safety compliance and provide corrective actions as needed; participate in safety discussions.
