• Manages training funds, records, and reports for planning and audits.
• Contacts vendors, enrolls employees, and maintains registration data.
• Conducts studies to identify training needs and evaluates development requirements.
• Plans and coordinates training courses from government and non-government sources.
• Compiles annual training plans and reviews funding-aligned requests.
• Coordinates annual assessments of training needs with leadership.
