Goodwill Tacoma is seeking a Training Manager to provide operational leadership for vocational school and workforce programs. You will supervise trainers, ensure high-quality delivery, and align training with labor market demand to support credential attainment and employment outcomes.

The role focuses on leadership across locations, collaboration with partners, and continual program improvement to advance Goodwill's mission in education and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in workforce development, education, training, or vocational programs.
• 3+ years supervising instructional or workforce development teams.
• Experience aligning training with labor market demand and employer needs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise training staff across multiple locations and virtual environments.
• Ensure training delivers measurable outcomes: credential attainment, employment, retention.
• Collaborate with business development to align training with labor market needs.
• Promote equity and inclusive learning, and monitor participant success.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance and reporting.
