Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in workforce development, training, or related area.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, launch, and continuous improvement of targeted occupational training programs.
• Develop implementation plans, schedules, benchmarks, and outcome expectations.
• Monitor completion, credentials attainment, retention, and placement outcomes.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen training effectiveness.
• Lead partnerships with employers, providers, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop career pathway models connecting training to employment and advancement.
• Produce data-informed reports on training performance and outcomes.
