Job summary

Goodwill of the Olympic and Rainier Region is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations across Work Opportunity Center sites in the Tacoma area. The role involves site leadership, project management for new site development, and coordinating events and program logistics.

The position requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong administrative, budgeting, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Project Management preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in office/facility management and related admin tasks.
• Proactive, independent, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, judgment, and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of sites.
• Serve as point-of-contact for closures, emergencies, maintenance, and needs.
• Manage end-to-end projects for new Workforce Development sites.
• Plan events and coordinate room scheduling, equipment, and programs.
• Develop community relationships and coordinate partner site usage.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.
• Perform clerical tasks and maintain site documentation.
