Job summary

Akido Labs, Inc. is seeking a Training & EHR Specialist to drive healthcare IT training, workflow integration, and end-user adoption across Rhode Island locations. You will lead on-site and virtual sessions for physicians, nurses, and staff, developing materials and guides aligned with evolving EHR systems.

The role requires travel across Rhode Island, strong communication, and the ability to translate clinical workflows into training programs that support rapid go-lives and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare IT, EHR support, or workflow optimization.
• Experience designing and delivering end-user training in healthcare settings.
• Ability to develop end-user documentation, workflow maps, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Assess and redesign clinical/administrative workflows across practices.
• Design and implement updated workflows across departments and systems.
• Deliver on-site and virtual training for clinicians and staff.
