Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with employers, industry organizations and public agencies.
• Identify and match clients with job opportunities or training programs.
• Provide job interview preparation and coaching; guide the interview process.
• Research labor market trends to inform placement strategies.
• Represent the agency in community organizations to promote services.
• Develop mentors to support client development.
• Assist with applications for housing, utilities, medical benefits, and DHS services.
• Maintain regular client contact per DHS guidelines.
• Keep accurate client records in compliance with DHS standards.
