Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of RI DHS TANF requirements and maintain a reduced caseload.
• Ensure achievement of contract deliverables and staff satisfaction.
• Promote a supportive culture committed to organizational goals.
• Provide assistance to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain tracking system to monitor supportive services.
