The Training Technician is responsible for conducting hands-on, on-the-job training for employees involved in PCB manufacturing and SMT assembly processes. This role provides practical instruction on production procedures, equipment operation, and quality standards to ensure employees develop necessary skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide hands-on training in PCB assembly and SMT processes.
2. Reinforce best practices, quality standards, and safety protocols.
3. Evaluate employee skills and identify additional training needs.
4. Support new hire onboarding activities on the production floor.
5. Maintain training logs and records of employee progress.
6. Coordinate with production supervisors to align training with operational needs.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in PCB assembly, SMT processes, or manufacturing training.
2. IPC-A-610 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
3. Strong communication and coaching skills.
4. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
