Position Overview:
We seek an enthusiastic Field Service Technician skilled in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, with a basic understanding of robotic components to ensure full operational capacity. This role involves regular travel to service and support clients locally and nationwide. The ideal candidate will build strong professional relationships and educate customer staff on equipment management to maximize robot productivity.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working independently within a larger customer care team. Your role is critical to customer success and will significantly impact Avidbots' growth in North America. This position is within our Customer Care department.
This role requires extensive travel to customer sites and occasional work outside standard hours.
