Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Training Systems Analyst to manage analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of a new USAF training system. You will collaborate with SMEs to map knowledge gaps and craft SCORM-compliant content across multiple modalities including online, in-person, and hybrid formats.

You will apply adult learning theories and evaluation models (Kirkpatrick/ Phillips) to ensure effective training with measurable outcomes and vendor oversight as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in instructional design, instructional technology, or a related field.
• Experience designing learning materials for technical disciplines.
• Experience developing technology-based learning products and SCORM-compliant content.
• Ability to travel ~10% of the time.
• Experience using ADDIE and other training development models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses to translate findings into targeted training tasks.
• Design and develop training for online, in-person, hybrid formats.
• Create a suite of training materials including instructor-led sessions and microlearning modules.
• Write technical and creative documentation and training CDRLs.
• Stay current with training research and apply insights to design decisions.
• Oversee contractors or vendors creating courseware when needed.
• Ensure curricula conform to SCORM standards.
