Job summary

SCCI is seeking a System Trainer to deliver instructor-led training, develop curricula and courseware, and edit technical documentation for a fast-paced weapon system program. The role includes in-person classroom and platform-based instruction with travel roughly 20% (peaks to 50%).

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of training experience, a technical BS, and strong MS Office skills to create and maintain training materials and documents, working with engineers across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a technical field or military training background.
• 1–3 years of training experience.
• Ability to develop curricula and course materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite for documentation and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructor-led training and develop curricula, lesson plans, and courseware for operators.
• Create and revise user documentation including guides and troubleshooting procedures.
• Conduct training for operators, trainers, and engineers.
• Format and QA system engineering documents such as interface and system specification docs.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineers to review documentation.
• Maintain understanding of system requirements, functions, and behaviors.
