Job summary

Merit Restorations is seeking a Training Systems & Compliance Coordinator to support the Director of Training & Compliance at our Purcellville corporate office. The role oversees Merit's Training & Compliance function, maintaining systems, records, certifications, and reporting to ensure employee readiness and compliance risk management.

This full-time, hybrid position requires maintaining development funnels, credential tracking, and proactive lookahead reporting, while bridging Training &

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in training operations, LMS administration, compliance coordination, credential management, HR operations, or a similar role preferred.
• Advanced comfort with Excel, Microsoft 365, databases, and reporting; LMS administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Merit University and learning systems, including accounts, licenses, assignments, paths, assessments, and training histories.
• Produce completion, overdue, assignment, and exception reporting.
• Maintain the master Development Funnel and track upcoming assessments, competency gates, overdue requirements, and development status.
• Maintain companywide credential records by employee, branch, role, and service line.
• Maintain centralized matrix of TPA and carrier requirements by program, branch, and service line.
• Produce and maintain key reports and dashboards for training readiness and compliance.
