Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a senior leader to manage the MTS TSSC Operations, overseeing all phases from inception to completion and serving as the primary customer contact for applicable programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; six years of simulation-related experience. Master’s Degree preferred.
• At least 7 years’ progressive management experience. Prior C-17 experience with leadership is desired.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Understanding of military protocols and customs is essential.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with overtime and weekend work as required.

Responsibilities

• Manages MTS TSSC operations; provides direct supervision to assigned staff and oversight of subcontracted staff.
• Coordinate and schedule MTS TSSC activities including hardware/software design, modifications support, code and test, configuration management, and CyberSecurity.
• Assign functions to subordinates and review completed work for compliance with requirements; ensure documentation is completed.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and produce proposals responsive to customer needs.
