Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a senior leader to manage the MTS Training Service Support Center for C-17 TS operations. You will oversee all phases of programs from inception to completion and serve as the primary customer contact with the USAF, ensuring schedule adherence and contract compliance.

You will lead a multidimensional team, coordinate cross-functional activities, monitor costs and quality, and drive continuous improvements in training programs and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and six years of simulation-related experience.
• At least 7 years' progressive management experience; prior C-17 experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage MTS TSSC operations and supervise assigned staff and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and schedule MTS TSSC activities including design, modifications support, testing and CyberSecurity.
• Assign functions to subordinates and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, marketing, manufacturing and operations to develop proposals.
• Monitor costs, progress and quality; identify solutions to problems encountered.
• Respond to complex technical questions from team members.
• Serve as primary MTS point of contact for monthly Training System Working Group (TSWG).
• Act as MTS TSSC liaison between government offices and CAE USA Operations Management.
• Represent MTS TSSC in site operations, meetings and community activities.
• Ensure AS9100D quality compliance and provide resources for training programs.
