Job summary

MTSI seeks an experienced Engineering Operations Lead to support the Missile Defense Agency Targets and Countermeasures program. You will act as the central operational integrator, coordinating executive briefings, governance baselines, and cross-directorate communications with prime contractors and partner organizations.

You will manage weekly and bi-weekly staff rhythms, oversee ETMS2 tasking, and ensure timely delivery of executive summaries and milestone reviews for senior government

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• 10+ years of related professional experience in DoD/ federal programs.
• Proven track record managing operational battle rhythms, executive briefing consolidation, and high-level meetings for senior leaders.
• Experience with DoD acquisition lifecycle documentation (CARD, SEP, RMP, PESHE, TEMP).
• Strong administrative rigor in routing executive correspondence and Staff Summary Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end executive engineering rhythm and weekly division staff meetings.
• Coordinate inputs, consolidate technical presentations, and deliver pre-brief packages to leadership.
• Coordinate agency-level updates to Directorate for Engineering and other leadership.
• Lead ETRs, track milestones, and deliver post-review summaries to agency leadership.
• Serve as primary DTTE Action Officer in ETMS2 and drive timely closure for taskers.
• Handle classified and unclassified inputs across SIPRNet/NIPRNet with OPSEC.
• Draft Staff Summary Sheets and shepherd packages through executive sign-off.
• Oversee baseline documentation, governance, and annual CARD updates.
