Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Senior Test Manager to lead planning, execution, and analysis of test programs for USAF aircraft systems at WPAFB, OH.

You will coordinate with USAF program office, DoD test organizations, and industry partners to ensure mission readiness and system interoperability. You will oversee end-to-end test activities, maintain critical T&E documentation such as the TEMP, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance safety and performance while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of T&E experience, including managing weapon-system platforms with at least 5 years in DoD.
• Defense Acquisition T&E Level III Certification or equivalent proficiency
• Experience in SPO test management, test program sets, test execution with test organizations, and resource/policy at Major Command or Air Staff levels

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Test Program Management across design, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting for aeronautical systems and subsystems.
• Development and Review of T&E Documentation, including the TEMP, to ensure compliance and guidance.
• Stakeholder collaboration across ITT activities with DoD test organizations and government offices.
• Strategic analysis of test requirements and recommendations to optimize performance, safety, interoperability, or capability.
• Assistance in determining DoD test resource availability and scheduling to support program objectives
