Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is partnering with a leader in autonomous vehicle technology to hire a Training Supervisor in Los Angeles. You will join the Vehicle Operations team supporting Trainers, Mentors and Vehicle Operators with a strong focus on leadership and collaboration.

You will partner with Operations Leads, Managers, Project Managers, Trainers and Mentors to optimize training workflows, oversee learner progression, maintain LMS records, conduct QA audits, and schedule sessions for scaling goals.

Qualifications

• 12 months as a fully trained Vehicle Operator.
• 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle testing procedures and operational training environments.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and operational improvement experience in a collaborative setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coach, train, and support diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Leads, Managers, Project Managers, Trainers, and Mentors to optimize training program efficiency and learner throughput.
• Oversee learner progression, maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System, and ensure training standards are consistently met.
• Conduct quality assurance audits of Trainer and Mentor activities while serving as the primary on-site point of contact for training personnel.
• Schedule training sessions, missions, and required resources to support operational scaling goals and business needs.
• Facilitate classroom and hands-on training, update training materials, and identify risks impacting training program success.
