ManpowerGroup is seeking a Vehicle Readiness Service Trainer in San Francisco, CA. You will join the Mission Control Training team to support Mission Readiness operators, Supervisors, and Project Managers.

Pay is $37.00/hour with opportunities for growth and benefits. Responsibilities include delivering hands-on training, evaluating operator performance, addressing training gaps, improving training materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain service proficiency through

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months as a fully trained Mission Readiness team member.
• 1–3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25% and work varied schedules.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening.

• Deliver hands-on training through classroom instruction, demonstrations, coaching, and feedback for new and experienced Mission Readiness operators.
• Assess operator performance by grading hands-on evaluations, conducting audits, and providing actionable feedback.
• Review performance data and address training gaps in collaboration with mentors and Training Supervisors.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of training materials and standardized operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining operational proficiency through monthly service participation.

As a Vehicle Readiness Service Trainer, you will be part of the Mission Control Training team supporting Mission Readiness operators, Training Supervisors, and Project Managers. • Knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Flexibility to travel up to 25% and work varied schedules to support training events.

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screening.
