Job summary

HireArt is assisting a client in Los Angeles, CA to hire a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Vehicle Operators (VOs) and ensure alignment with short- and long-term operational goals. The position is full-time, onsite in Los Angeles, with Wednesday-Sunday shifts 3:45 PM–12:15 AM.

You will coach, mentor, and evaluate performance while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years AV operator experience, a valid AVT permit, and a collaborative mindset; a strong safety

Qualifications

• 2+ years of autonomous vehicle operator experience.
• Active AVT permit.
• Collaborative, strong teamwork mindset.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent driving record and ability to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Vehicle Operators and ensure safety and adherence to procedures.
• Oversee daily operations and shift validation.
• Coordinate scheduling and provide performance feedback.
• Develop expertise in vehicle operations software and systems.
