Job summary

Manpower Group is seeking a Vehicle Readiness Service Trainer in San Francisco, CA to join our autonomous vehicle client’s Mission Control Training team. You will support Mission Readiness operators, Training Supervisors, and Project Managers, delivering hands-on classroom instruction and evaluations.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in AV, strong communication and mentoring skills, and the flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months as a fully trained Mission Readiness team member and 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to coach and mentor others.
• Knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25% and work varied schedules to support training events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training through classroom instruction, demonstrations, coaching, and feedback for new and experienced Mission Readiness operators.
• Assess operator performance by grading hands-on evaluations, conducting audits, and providing actionable feedback.
• Review performance data and address training gaps in collaboration with mentors and Training Supervisors.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of training materials and standardized operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining operational proficiency through monthly service participation.
