Responsibilities

• Direct the training department to control costs and maintain records.

• Develop training programs across technical skills, OSHA compliance, and onboarding.
• Partner with production supervisors to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.
