Qualifications

• Maintain training records and certification documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training to manufacturing personnel on processes, equipment operation, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Facilitate onboarding training for new hires and certify readiness for production
• Evaluate trainee performance through observation, assessments, and skills verification
• Provide real‑time coaching and reinforcement on the production floor
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and EHS requirements
• Maintain accurate training records and certification documentation
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering to identify skills gaps and support retraining
• Support cross‑training initiatives to increase workforce flexibility
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
