Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in New York's Latham location seeks a Center Manager-level supervisor to oversee daily production-area operations and staff. You will lead, train, and ensure safety and quality compliance while supporting donor care and center goals.

You will report to the Center Manager, drive performance, coordinate new employee orientation, participate in hiring, and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced environment that delivers life-changing therapies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR and AED certification
• Ability to walk/stand for full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and prolonged glove wear
• Strong observation and attention to safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs to ensure cross-training and annual re-certification
• Review Quality Control Records
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process
• Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals and comply with standards
• Counsel hourly staff on safety and customer service concerns and identify improvement opportunities
