Job summary

United Cerebral Palsy Heartland seeks a Supervisor of Adult Day Services for the North location in Berkeley, MO. The role oversees ISP development, program coordination, and staff supervision. This position operates Monday through Friday, 8:15am to 4:15pm, with no weekend work.

The candidate will supervise 15-20 clients, manage direct reports, and ensure regulatory compliance through comprehensive documentation and quality outcomes. Benefits include PTO, holidays, medical/dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in Person Centered Planning/ISP development, implementation, and monitoring.
• Two years supervisory experience, including supervision of employees, policies/procedures, performance evaluation and training.
• Experience adapting teaching strategies to individual learning levels.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage development, implementation, and monitoring of each client’s ISP and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise program activities and complete discharge summaries for terminated clients.
• Oversee performance evaluations for Direct Support Professionals and report to the Manager of Community Services.
• Schedule group activities and community outings for clients, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.
