Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement all phases of vocational services for clients.
• Develop individualized employment plans based on client strengths and goals.
• Build relationships with local employers and community partners.
• Identify job opportunities and match candidates to positions.
