Job summary

UCP Heartland is seeking a Training Supervisor in Jefferson City, MO to oversee assessments, ensure program quality, supervise staff, and maintain CARF standards for adult day services. The role emphasizes person-centered planning and accurate documentation.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree and 1+ year experience in staff scheduling or healthcare settings. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM with comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in staff scheduling or similar roles.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of assessments, ISPs, data collection, and progress reporting.
• Develop and implement quality functional outcome objectives based on client needs.
• Provide programmatic supervision and address staff performance issues.
• Participate in advocacy to secure additional services and supports for clients.
• Maintain CARF standards and support accreditation efforts.
• Utilize EHR for all applicable documentation.
