Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Training Supervisor to design and deliver bootcamp trainings for mounting and brazing processes in a manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate onboarding for new hires and temps, track 30-60-90 day training progress, and work with HR to close skill gaps and boost engagement. You will own the Alchemy Training Software and manage a training calendar, content development, and recertification efforts.

• Up to date skill matrix for the plant with accurate records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
• Supervises operations trainers within a manufacturing environment.

SALARY RANGE

: $85,200 - $127,800 This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
