Johnson Controls is seeking a Training Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training for hourly manufacturing staff, focusing on welders, tubers, electricians, and insulators.
You will partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering and Safety to set training strategies, manage certifications, and drive workforce capability improvements.

The Training Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs for hourly manufacturing employees, with a primary focus on Welders, Tubers, Electricians, and Insulators. This role ensures employees are trained, qualified, and certified to safely and effectively perform their jobs while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
The Training Manager partners with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Safety, and Production leadership to establish training strategies, maintain skill qualification programs, and develop career progression pathways for skilled trades employees. The role oversees training governance, monitors workforce competency, manages training records and certifications, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen workforce capability, productivity, quality, and employee engagement.
Hiring Salary Range $85,200.00 - $127,800.00 USD Annual (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
