Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking to lead and coordinate comprehensive training initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on building bootcamp programs, onboarding new hires, and tracking progress across 30/60/90 day milestones. Responsibilities include collaborating with HR for retention improvements, maintaining a detailed training calendar, and owning the Alchemy Training Software while developing content for ongoing training and recertification by job class

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of six years of related experience.
• Experience developing and coordinating training programs.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar and be the owner of Alchemy Training Software.
• Develop content for training and recertification by job class and area.
• Track individual performance and maintain an up‑to‑date skill matrix for the plant with accurate records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
• Supervise operations trainers within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of six years of related experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $85,200 - $127,800. The exact salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and market data. The role offers a competitive bonus plan that accounts for individual, group, and corporate performance, and a competitive benefits package.
