Job summary

MSI Company in Miami, FL seeks a Technology & AI Training Specialist to lead technology and AI training through in-person classroom sessions, virtual training, and onboarding. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Learning & Development or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development or technology training.
• Experience facilitating live classroom training and presenting to groups.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; professional, polished presentation style.
• Preferred: knowledge of instructional design principles.
• Experience with AI tools or AI-integrated applications is a plus.
• Professional services experience (e.g., law, accounting, tax, finance) is preferred.

Schedule: Hybrid - ideally 5 days onsite initially, with flexibility to move to a minimum of 3 days onsite once established.

Our client is a well-established, fast-paced professional organization seeking a Technology & AI Training Specialist to join its Learning & Development team. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys working with people, leading training, and helping employees become more confident with technology.

The ideal candidate is a polished, high-energy trainer/facilitator who understands adult learning, is comfortable presenting to groups, has solid technology experience, and has a genuine interest in AI.

Position Summary

The Technology & AI Training Specialist will deliver technology and AI training through in-person classroom sessions, virtual training, one-on-one instruction, and new-hire onboarding. This person will partner with learning professionals, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training and supporting materials.

This is primarily a training and facilitation role, not an IT Support or purely Instructional Design position.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, technology training or a related field
• Proven experience facilitating live classroom training and presenting to groups
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to explain technology clearly to different audiences
• Strong technical aptitude with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional, polished and engaging presentation style with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and internal stakeholders

Preferred

• Working knowledge of instructional design principles
• Experience with AI tools or AI-integrated applications is a plus, but AI expertise is not required
• Professional services experience is preferred — law, accounting, tax, finance or similar environments
