Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and on-site instruction for CommandCentral software and integrations. The role requires 3+ years of technical training experience, FAA Part 107 certification, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Remote work across US states is supported.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification is required.
• 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Solutions Customer Software.
• 3+ years of technical training experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across US and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on the use of complex software products.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Coordinate with customer and internal stakeholders on schedules and delivery.
• Create training materials and course content for new and existing products.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
