Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for the CommandCentral software suite and related integrations. You will tailor training sessions for public-safety customers, facilitate classes both remotely and on-site, develop course materials, and assess knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.

The role requires up to 50% travel and passing CJIS background checks.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
• 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Solutions Customer Software preferred.
• 3+ years of technical training experience preferred.
• Travel requirements: up to 50% across domestic and international opportunities.
• Remote/US-wide position; must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• CJIS Security Policy background check required.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on the use of complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for CommandCentral software and third-party integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on project and training schedules.
• Compile comprehensive training and technical documents and course materials.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
