Qualifications

• Experience delivering hands-on or virtual training to end users and system admins.
• Comfort with software training for complex cloud-based products.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and to occasional international destinations.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on Motorola CommandCentral software and integrations.
• Deliver virtual and on-site training sessions using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Create training materials and evaluate knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
