Job summary

The State of Mississippi's Department of Employment Security is seeking a Training Specialist in Hinds County. You will design and deliver supervisory training covering METS, PRAs, leave programs, recruitment processes, and personnel data changes to support agency HR initiatives.

You will help establish a Leadership Development Program, develop new employee training, and teach courses on ethics, conflict resolution, and customer service etiquette to staff and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Driver's license and extensive background checks required.
• Experience delivering adult training in HR or workplace settings.
