Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Training Specialist I, D Shift, to design, deliver, and manage onboarding and on-the-job training in a sterile injectable/parenteral manufacturing environment. You will develop training materials, run sessions across ILT, CBT, and OJT, and ensure compliance with cGMP through the LMS, while collaborating with operations and quality teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manufacturing experience and completion of the Train the Trainer course.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Training experience required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP, TrackWise, MasterControl and ComplianceWire knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training materials and documentation.
• Use the LMS to ensure cgmp compliance and training effectiveness.
• Onboard new hires and provide OJT/ILT/CBT instructions.
• Audit training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver training to all levels of Jubilant HollisterStier employees.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to identify needs.
• Stay current on training methodologies and best practices.
• Perform training coordinator duties and curriculums management.
