Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Berwyn, PA, is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Supervisor for our Adult Services Program. You will supervise direct support professionals and guide daily operations across multiple residential facilities to meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in human services, at least three years in human services, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in an accredited program in an area of human services.
• Three years of human service experience required.
• At least one year supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct support professionals and direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility(s) in Berwyn, PA and surrounding areas.
• Ensure quality services meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of adults served.
• Comply with Devereux philosophy of care, center procedures, standards of conduct and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with team to support independence and community integration.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training as part of ASCEND program.
