Job summary

The Fedcap Group is seeking a Training Specialist in Pawtucket, RI to identify, develop and facilitate staff and client training programs that improve operational efficiency and program outcomes at Easterseals Rhode Island.

You will design training needs assessments, coordinate internal and external training, measure impact, and contribute to program development and evaluation efforts. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of teaching or training experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in teaching, curriculum development, human resources development, or related field.
• Master’s degree in one of these fields is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching or training experience, with at least 1 year in curriculum research and development.
• Extensive public speaking, moderation and group facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, analyze and report training needs assessments for staff and clients.
• Develop, coordinate and facilitate staff training programs based on assessment results and audits.
• Research and recommend external trainers and training curricula as needed.
• Host external trainers and training events.
• Develop training evaluation instruments to measure impact on operations and program outcomes.
• Carry out special program development projects as directed.
