Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Trainer to deliver comprehensive employee training in both classroom and online settings across the organization. You will help identify and introduce new courses, assist in materials prep, and ensure content stays current and compliant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education, Teaching, or related subject.
  • 3–5 years of training experience, customer service experience and banking experience.
  • Ability to deliver training in classroom and online settings.
  • Identify and present new training curriculums, topics, courses and methods.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training for employees in classroom and online settings.
  • Identify, recommend, and present new training courses and curriculums.
  • Assist in preparation of course materials.
  • Ensure course content is relevant and up to date.
  • Support training efforts in mergers, acquisitions and project roll-outs.
  • Stay current on learning tools, trends, and ideas.
  • Maximize operating efficiencies and minimize operating expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Navigate Microsoft Office and department software.
