Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Training Specialist to design, implement, and sustain industry-leading programs at the Salisbury site.

You will own the Learning Management System, develop classroom and digital training content, and partner with Production, Quality, Engineering and Safety to drive employee growth and competency.

The role emphasizes audit-ready documentation and coaching of site trainers to ensure continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

What you´ll do

• Develop, implement, and sustain industry-leading training programs.
• Develop and maintain the training matrix for the site and other KPIs.
• Own training record-keeping metrics and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Supervise the network of site trainers to implement best practices.
• Provides guidance and coaching to department leaders to ensure execution of safety and functional training.
• Experience with updating training programs to incorporate policy, regulatory, legal, and system changes into the curriculum.
• Identify, train, and lead qualified on-the-job trainers for all production areas.
• Create both digital and classroom-based training content.
• Learning Management Software - Owner.
• Communication with internal and external training agencies and advisory services.
• Partnership with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to provide guidance on training content, delivery, scheduling, and logistics.
• Identifying training needs, creating and overseeing development plans, and implementing strategies to ensure continuous employee growth. Their main goal is to ensure that employees possess the necessary competencies to advance in their roles and contribute to the organization's success.
