Henkel is seeking an HR leader to support about 120 colleagues across Leadership to Front-Line teams in California. You will drive HR processes, monitor turnover, engagement and culture KPIs, and partner with regional teams to implement solid action plans.

The role includes conducting HR investigations, guiding management through progressive discipline, and collaborating with Centers of Excellence on Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition.

• Monitors culture and HR KPI metrics (turnover, dropout, engagement) and partners with local/regional teams for action plans.
• Conducts HR investigations and guides managers through progressive discipline, aiding succession planning.
• Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure best-in-class delivery of Benefits, Compensation and Talent Acquisition resources.
• Maintains a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to reinforce Henkel values and address employee concerns.
• Champions D&I commitments and steers diversity and integration management.
• Advocates Henkel Safety Culture and models safe behaviors to escalate issues.
• Comfortable interpreting and administering the collective bargaining agreement for leaders.

• Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure best-in-class delivery of Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition resources to the plant.
• Is an effective and frequent presence on manufacturing floor, interacting with employees to reinforce Henkel cultural values and address employee concerns.
• Is an Champion of Henkels D&I commitment & steers diversity and integration management.
• Champions Henkel Safety Culture by modeling proper behavior and escalating recognized safety issues.
• Comfort working in a union environment and able to interpret/administer collective bargaining agreement and provide appropriate guidance to leaders.
