Job summary

Henkel Corporation's Adhesive Technologies unit is seeking a Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) leader to shape compliant, safe operations across its facilities in the Americas. You will lead the implementation of SHE programs, partner with operations and engineering, and translate regulatory requirements into practical site practices.

You will conduct inspections, manage investigations, develop controls, train staff, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement and site-wide safety

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of SHE management systems to ensure regulatory compliance across designated facilities in the Americas.
• Serve as a technical SHE resource to operations by identifying risks, interpreting requirements, and recommending practical solutions.
• Lead and prioritize safety and health investigations across diverse operational environments.
• Develop and implement engineering controls, process improvements, and preventive measures to reduce injuries and environmental impacts.
• Conduct SHE inspections, audits, and compliance assessments; communicate findings and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare SHE reports and compliance documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and deliver SHE training, procedures, and communications translating requirements into workplace practices.

What you´ll do

• Lead & supportthe implementation of Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) managementsystems and programs to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Henkel standards across designated facilities in the Americas.
• Serve as a technical SHE resource to operations,engineering, maintenance, and other functions by identifying risks,interpreting requirements, and recommending practical solutions.
• Lead and prioritize safety and health investigations,identifying risks and coordinating corrective actions across diverseoperational environments.
• Develop and recommend engineering controls, processimprovements, and preventive measures to reduce workplace injuries,illnesses, and environmental impacts.
• Conduct SHE inspections, audits, and complianceassessments; identify gaps, communicate findings, and partner with siteleadership to drive timely corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Independently prepare SHE reports, recommendations, andcompliance documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teamsto support site-wide goals.
• Develop and deliver SHE training, procedures, andcommunications that translate regulatory and company requirements intoeffective workplace practices.
