• Conduct laboratory work safely including SDSs, PPE and 5S practices.
• Take ownership to operate application equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot equipment of moderate complexity.
• Follow process procedures and record experimental details with organized data.
• Analyze and judge the quality of data and results.
• Report laboratory results to internal/external customers in a timely manner.
• Execute standardized test plans and prepare graphs/charts of data.

What you´ll do

• Conduct laboratory work in a safe manner including understanding the Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to site safety practices, use of laboratory equipment, and 5S
• Take on equipment ownership to operate application equipment safely and efficiently
• Able to set up, operate and troubleshoot equipment of moderate complexity
• Accurately follow process procedures and record experimental details, collecting and organizing data in a coherent format
• Able to analyze and judge the quality of data
• Report laboratory results and methods according to Henkel lab book policies; results, reports and observations will be communicated to internal/external customers in a timely manner
• Execute standardized test plans with minimal supervisionPrepare graphs or charts of data
