Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in corporate training or adult education.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Experience in public speaking.
• Certifications in Microsoft Office and other business-related applications preferred.
• Experience training on topics outside of technical training ideal, but not required.
• Experience with generative AI is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in various business and legal-specific software applications.
• Deliver engaging training sessions multiple times per day using virtual platforms.
• Work with internal and external partners to develop training outlines and schedules.
• Communicate learner feedback and attendance reports to the client when necessary.

• Willingness to travel to deliver onsite training if needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Training Specialist, you will:

• Become an expert in various business and legal-specific software applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, iManage, NetDocuments, Adobe, Nuance, etc.
• Deliver engaging training sessions multiple times per day using virtual communications software, like GoToMeeting, WebEx, Microsoft Teams and Adobe Connect.
• Work with internal and external partners to develop training outlines and schedules.
• Communicate learner feedback and attendance reports to the client when necessary.
• Maintain an up‑beat, professional attitude, despite a potentially repetitive and predictable work environment.
• Assist with various administrative tasks.
• Willingness to travel to deliver onsite training if needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or another related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in corporate training or adult education
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Experience in public speaking
• Certifications in Microsoft Office and other business-related applications preferred
